In the morning there will be a question and answer session with Lama Jampa, followed in the afternoon by teachings on refuge - the means by which we become a Buddhist - and the bodhisattva vow - the means by which we enter the great vehicle, the mahayana path. Finally, Lama Jampa will give the initiation of Green Tara, initiation being the means by which one enters into the extraordinary mahayana of the vajrayana.
