Lama Jampa Thaye will give a Buddhist teaching called Wise Compassion: How to Practise the Mahayana Path.
The teaching gives a detailed explanation of the meaning of the the Four Limitless Meditations and how we can put them into practise on the Buddhist path to the compassionate benefit of all beings.
The Four Limitless Meditations are the wish that all sentient beings have happiness, be free from suffering, experience the true happiness and bliss that is beyond suffering and come to rest in a state of equanimity.
The teaching is open to all and suitable for both experienced practitioners and people new to Buddhism.
Schedule: 10:30am - 4:30pm with a break for lunch.
Suggested facility fee is $25 for the day.
