Lama Jampa will teach two songs of the great Tibetan yogin Milarepa - the Song of the Six Perfections and the Song of the Middle Way. These songs together express the way in which one follows the authentic spiritual path of compassion and meditation while realising that the state of awakening is already naturaly present. In this enlightened vision, the nature of our mind and Buddhahood are primordially united.
