10:30. A Commentary on The King of Aspiration Prayers 

The King of Aspirations’ is one of the most important liturgies practised throughout Mahayana Buddhism. Derived from the Avatamsaka Sutra, it sets out the seven-branch preliminary practices and the essential aspirations of one training on the path to full awakening. Lama Jampa will teach the ‘Aspirations’ through the commentarial explanation set out by the 19th century master Drakpa Gyaltsen, a close disciple of Jamyang Chentse Wangpo.
