On Saturday 9 April - Sunday 10 April Lama Jampa gave teachings in West LA, hosted by Sakya Samten Ling.
Lama Jampa continued teaching from his seminal text Rain of Clarity on the Saturday giving an extensive and illuminating explanation of the bodhisattva attitude and how to generate this in everyday life.
On Sunday he bestowed the initiation of Black Manjushri, which is one of the 13 Golden Dharmas of Sakya, famed for dispelling obstacles.
Lama Jampa will be returning to California in early July.
