For the weekend of 25-26 February over 120 people from as far away as Mexico and the US gathered in Manchester to receive teachings on ’The Rays of the Stainless Vajra Moon’. This text was composed by Jamgon Kongtrul Lodro Thaye, one of the greatest Tibetan masters of the last 200 years. It provides a practical set by step guide on how to meditate on the view of the great Madhyamaka, the ultimate nature of reality as taught and practised in the Kagyu tradition.
Lama Jampa Thaye interspersed his teaching with sessions of meditation and Q&A to help ensure people were clear about how to do the practice.
The third and final part of this teaching will take place in Manchester on 1 and 2 July 2017.
