Last weekend in Manchester Lama Jampa continued to teach Gampopa’s Jewel Ornament of Liberation, by elucidating the perfection of wisdom chapter such that ordinary people could start to make sense of this subtle and profound section. Lama Jampa also bestowed Chogyur Dechen Lingpa’s initiation of Vajrasattva from the Sky Dharma treasures.
Earlier in the week Lama Jampa gave interviews to scores of people at Kagyu Ling Buddhist Centre, guiding them in their dharma lives, like an escort in a strange land.
The meeting of Lama and students is a rare and wonderful occasion and this weekend was enjoyed by many people from across the UK.
