Initiations at Sakya Dechen Ling, Stuttgart - 19th and 20th September
On Tuesday Lama Jampa bestowed the initiation of Green Tara from the tradition of Atisha to the Sangha in Stuttgart and then on Wednesday he gave the Gom-Lung for "The Benefit of Beings That Fills All of Space". This is the method for conferring the reading transmission of the meditation of the Six Syllables of Chenrezik from the direct lineage of the Lord of Siddhas, the Great Iron Bridge Builder, Thangtong Gyalpo. Public talk at Bodhi Path, Karlsruhe - Thursday September 21st
'We had the huge honor that Lama Jampa Thaye visited Karlsruhe on September 21st and gave a public talk about Buddhism in modern times. In his very clear way he gave an overview of where Buddhism is located in the spiritual landscape and emphasised its timeless value for all sentient beings. With a lot of depth and profundity he talked about the importance of the main tools on the buddhist path, study, reflection and meditation, and how their proper combination leads us to awakening.'

Teachings and initiation at "Buddhistische Gesellschaft Berlin"
Lama Jampa gave teachings on the Parting from the Four Attachments according to the text of Jetsun Drakpa Gyaltsen and bestowed the initiation of Manjushri Arapatsana. The Buddhist Society in Berlin goes back to the Buddhist House that was founded in 1924 by Dr. Paul Dahlke in Berlin.
