Lama Jampa's Visit to Karma Migyur Ling

After a gap of two years Lama Jampa Thaye returned to Karma Migyur Ling in the French Alps from June 20-22. The centre, founded by the late Lama Teunsang, is close to the city of Grenoble and has been a location where, over the years, many Vajrayana initiations have been given and retreats have take place. So on this occasion Lama Jampa was requested to give some exposition on Vajrayana to the centre's Kagyu followers.

The core of Lama Jampa's three days there was his teaching and transmission of Sakya Pandita's brief commentary on the Fourteen Root Downfalls of Vajrayana. Lama Jampa also found time to answer the numerous questions that students were eager to ask.

At the end of the course, Lama Jampa and Dechen Dolma returned to the Dordogne, where they will spend a week before returning to London for the preparations for the visit of His Holiness Sakya Gongma Trichen and His Holiness Sakya Trizin to Sakya Dechen Ling.
