Last Saturday, 16 March, having returned from the Karmapa International Buddhist Institute in Delhi, Lama Jampa Thaye gave a day of extraordinary vajrayana teachings in London.

Last week Lama Jampa Thaye gave six days of teachings on Zhentong Madhyamaka as part of this year’s Karmapa Public Course at KIBI - Karmapa International Buddhist Institute.

Earlier this month Lama Jampa Thaye was in residence at the major Dechen centre of Kagyu Ling in Manchester where he bestowed a great number of teachings, transmissions and blessings.

On January the 26th at Bodhi Path Renchen-Ulm Lama Jampa continued teaching Karma Thinley Rinpoche's commentary on the third Karmapa's text, Discriminating Consciousness and Primordial Wisdom (Namshe Yeshe).

At the end of January, following his teaching of Discriminating Consciousness and Primordial Wisdom at the Bodhi Path centre in Renchen Ulm, Lama Jampa visited Sakya Dechen Ling in Stuttgart for a few days.

On 13 January Lama Jampa Thaye gave his first teachings of 2024 in Bristol, UK. The event was organised and hosted by the Dechen centre there, Sakya Thinley Rinchen Ling.

Earlier this month Lama Jampa Thaye and Dechen Dolma travelled to Nepal to visit Karma Thinley Rinpoche. Rinpoche, grand master of both the Sakya and Karma Kagyu traditions, is the Lama with whom Lama Jampa took refuge in 1973.

This weekend in Manchester Lama Jampa continued with his teaching of Situ Dharmakara's commentary on the Third Karmapa's Mahamudra Aspiration Prayer.

This weekend, in the leafy setting of Regent’s Park, London, students of dharma gathered from across the UK and beyond to receive further teachings on Sakya Pandita’s important text on the correct practice of each of the three vehicles taught by the Buddha. 

Lama Jampa Thaye has just completed his month-long North American teaching tour.

The Dechen Mexican Sangha welcomed Lama Jampa and Dechen Dolma to Mexico City on October 16th for a seven-day visit of teachings.

Last weekend Lama Jampa gave two days of teachings on The 37 Practices of a Bodhisattva by Tokme Zangpo at the Bodhi Path Natural Bridge in Virginia.

In Bristol last Saturday around people gathered from around the UK and beyond to receive part 5 of Sakya Pandita’s master work, ‘Discriminating the Three Vows’ and in the afternoon the vajrayana initiation of Mahachakra Vajrapani.

On Friday the 22nd of September, at Bodhi Path Renchen-Ulm, Lama Jampa continued teaching Karma Thinley Rinpoche's commentary, The Lamp that Dispels Darkness, on the third Karmapa, Rangjung Dorje's text, Discriminating Consciousness and Primordial Wisdom (Namshe Yeshe).

As part of Lama Jampa’s September programme of teachings in Germany & Switzerland, he was invited by Bodhipath Basel to present his recently republished presentation of the Buddhist path, Diamond Sky, at a public venue close to the center of Basel.

On Friday, September 15th, Lama Jampa blessed the Buddha statue for the new Buddhist Burial Ground in Stuttgart. On a beautiful early autumn evening the setting sun was shining bright on the group of Buddhists from different traditions attending this auspicious event.

On Saturday 9 September Lama Jampa Thaye gave the final parts of the Eight Verses (Songs) of this illustrious text by Karma Chakme to Buddhists from across the UK.

Later this month Lama Jampa will be on the continent to give a series of teachings at Dechen and Bodhi Path Centres.

Following the great blessing of His Holiness Sakya Gongma Trichen’s visit to Sakya Changlochen Ling, Lama Jampa commenced teachings on the recent edition of his text Diamond Sky - Preparing for Vajrayana.
